Responsibilities:

• Assist in monitoring daily accounting transactions and cash management operations.
• Work independent in all round invoicing matters including review/ update Aging report
• Assist to handle month-end closing activities and generate various management reports.
• Liaise with external auditors to handle annual audit matters.
• Communicate with different counterpart such as sales person and customer
• Provide support in business related events and ad-hoc projects / tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holderin Accounting or business-related disciplines or a finalist of a recognized accounting body with 2 years relevant experience.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Detail minded, independent with strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, proactive attitude and self-motivated.
• High proficiency in computer applications, particularly in Microsoft Excel.
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.
• Immediately available is highly preferred.

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Accountant.
