Primary Objectives

• Responsible for commercial reporting for Kenzo Wholesale to Kenzo HQ and LVMH entities.
• Support the Kenzo Wholesale team by providing analysis and follow-up.
• Support commercial issues between Kenzo HQ and partners.
• Assist the preparation of the budget, strategic plan for Wholesale network of Kenzo.
• Handle ad-hoc projects like wholesale investment analysis, new partnership financial studies and follow-up, potential takeover analysis, etc.

Job Description

• Prepare, recommend and report on brand’s results, weekly and monthly sales analysis against budget and forecast.
• Identify and report potential opportunity to replenish wholesale customers or risks.
• Assist to prepare the budgets from margin to expenses, in-depth analysis to identify additional levers of growth.
• Support wholesale team to provide an updated follow-up of contracts, partnership conditions and wholesale stores.
• Prepare the investment plans for future partnership, future stores or future business takeover.
• Monitor profitability of wholesale stores and report on a monthly basis to Headquarter.
• Work closely with the Wholesale Merchandiser providing analysis/ follow-up on OTB and build budget and estimation for OTB evolution.
• Support Wholesale Merchandiser passing reorders for partners in Kenzo on-line tool.
• Other ad hoc projects.

 Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Business
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Ambitious, curious, open minded and flexible
• Excellent analytical and organization skills
• Smooth communication
• Fluent in English, Mandarin is a plus
• Very proficient in Excel and Power Point
