Responsibilities

• Set up internal audit policies and procedures
• Formulate the annual audit plan and ensure it is delivered on time and within budget
• Manage and conduct audit assignment on business operations, corporate governance and regulatory compliance of the delegated audit portfolios
• Drive audit standards, methodology and best practice, and propose practical solutions to maintain compliant operations
• Prepare audit reports, verify audit findings, make recommendations on enhancements and manage follow-up
• Responsible for ad hoc reviews and investigations requested by senior management

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 5-8 years of in-house auditing experience in financial industry or listed companiesor 3-5 years’ experience in BIG 4 accounting firm
• Professional qualifications such as HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent qualifications is preferred
• Excellent time management skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills in Putonghua, Cantonese and English (spoken & written)
• Strong negotiation, problem solving and analytical skills with business acumen
