Clients:

Our client is one of the largest listed property developer in Asia. Due to their rapidly growing business, they are looking for a Senior Internal Auditor to join their Audit team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Audit Manager and work within a sizable team
• Conduct risk based financial and operational audits for HK and PRC markets 
• Evaluate effectiveness of internal control measures
• Provide value-added and cost saving recommendations as part of the Audit Report process
• Occasion travelling is required

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA)
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience gained from property industry 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
