Responsibilities:

• Support fund accounting work including SPV accounting and financial analysis, month end/quarter end closing, annual audit and tax filing
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for SPV entities
• Participate in SPV entities investment accounting analysis and treatment
• Support fund administration work including capital calls and distribution
• Manage payment applications and related fund transfer for SPV entities
• Prepare tax computations for HK SPVs
• Coordinate with external tax professionals to handle all offshore regular tax filings and compliance work
• Prepare compliance reports to meet regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting/Finance with minimum 3 years Big 4 audit & advisory work experience with clientele exposure to financial services industry preferred 
• Qualified CPA with fund and project accounting/reporting exposure
• Detail oriented, team player with strong communication and analytical skills
• Fluent written and verbal in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in Excel (Macro writing), Word, Visio, MS Access, Powerpoint, SAP....etc
