Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle sales enquiry from prospect for our company services
• Set up quotations and invoices
• Deploy new business initiatives
• Build up and maintain positive relationships with our clients and partners
• Identify key clients to cultivate profitable relationships
• Leverage opportunity for the sales team by building partnerships with partners, suppliers, clients and other professional bodies
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Associate degree / Higher diploma or above in related disciplines
• At least 2 years of experience in similar role
• Excellent communication (fluent in English and Cantonese) and interpersonal skills with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Knowledge in accounting will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Knowledge/skills in Xero and MYOB is preferred
• Immediate availability or short notice is highly preferred
