Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of accounts (including preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliation, receivable and payable function and month end closing) including in-house & clients
- Prepare periodic management accounts and reports on a timely basis;
- Assist in preparing month end closing reports and assist in annual audit works
- Reconciliation of stock variance and payment variance
- Update purchases order file and inventory record
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma in Accounting or above
- 3 years or above accounting experience in commercial or audit firms
- Knowledge in Peachtree accounting software and Xero is a must
- Computer literate, proficient in both English and Chinese word processing, strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Independent, well-organized, strong sense of responsibilities and self-motivated
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
- Immediately available is preferred
