Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle full set of accounts (including preparation of journal entries, bank reconciliation, receivable and payable function and month end closing) including in-house & clients
  2. Prepare periodic management accounts and reports on a timely basis;
  3. Assist in preparing month end closing reports and assist in annual audit works
  4. Reconciliation of stock variance and payment variance  
  5. Update purchases order file and inventory record
  6. Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

  1. Higher Diploma in Accounting or above
  2. 3 years or above accounting experience in commercial or audit firms
  3. Knowledge in Peachtree accounting software and Xero is a must
  4. Computer literate, proficient in both English and Chinese word processing, strong MS Excel skills
  5. Excellent communication and analytical skills
  6. Independent, well-organized, strong sense of responsibilities and self-motivated
  7. Able to work well under pressure and meet tight reporting deadlines
  8. Immediately available is preferred
