Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Accountant
• The incumbent is accountable for performing all Accounts Receivable functions
• Debt collection
• Maintaining accounting system and answering all customers’ enquiries
• Prepare credit note, debit note and receipt
• Preparing receivable & general ledger
• Preparing daily report of accounts (including cash receipts and reconciling report form shop)
• Filing accounting documents
• Monthly report
• Update Bank registers
• Preform ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above, LCC Intermediate
• At least 2 years relevant experience in accounts receivable and debt collection
• Good command of English and Cantonese
• PC literate, experience with Accpac and POS is definitely an advantage
