Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Accountant
- The incumbent is accountable for performing all Accounts Receivable functions
- Debt collection
- Maintaining accounting system and answering all customers’ enquiries
- Prepare credit note, debit note and receipt
- Preparing receivable & general ledger
- Preparing daily report of accounts (including cash receipts and reconciling report form shop)
- Filing accounting documents
- Monthly report
- Update Bank registers
- Preform ad hoc assignment as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above, LCC Intermediate
- At least 2 years relevant experience in accounts receivable and debt collection
- Good command of English and Cantonese
- PC literate, experience with Accpac and POS is definitely an advantage
