Job Description
We are now seeking a potential incumbent to join our expanding company with the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Administer the ERP System
- Assist in calculating commission and incentive
- Liaise with shop and related parties to perform daily administration support
- Follow up and prepare summaries of invoices and payments
- Prepare daily and analysis reports
- Perform ad-hoc assignment
- Work Location: Retail shop or office
Requirements:
- At least 1-2 years relevant working experience in retail industry
- Possess LCCI level 2 or jewellery knowledge will be an advantage
- IVE Fresh graduates in logistics, accounting and retail merchandising disciplines will also be considered
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good PC skills (MS Word, Excel, Chinese WP)
- Immediate available is highly preferred
