We are looking for a high caliber professional to join our Finance Department as Financial Planning & Analysis Manager.

Responsibilities:

Report to the HK Financial Controller to provide the following:

• Review monthly performance and support the pre-close process together with Financial Reporting team. 
• Prepare financial analysis and KPIs in terms of cost, revenue, margin; Prepare financial results and variances analysis to identify risks and business opportunities.
  
• As key financial contact between the Group and HK, closely interact with the business and provide support on financial matters including the understanding of how business performed, identify business KPIs, manage functional expenses and operations (e.g. staff movements, productivity drivers)…etc. 
  
• Perform Annual Budget Plan and Rolling Forecast.
  
• Support the HK in standardizing management accounting and financial initiatives (e.g. system implementation, design of cost structure)
  
• Enhance forecasting methods to improve accuracy, system functionality and spreadsheet usage.
  
• Support the HK in any Ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience with 3 years at managerial level
• Working experience from sizable company and regional exposure will be an advantage; Commercial exposure is required, financial service experience is not a must but will be an advantage
• Strong business sense and ability to dig deep to understand the business performance drivers;
• Proficiency in financial analysis
• Able to collaborate with multiple business units/stakeholders, work under pressure with strong multitasking skills.
• Excellent coordination, supervisory and management skills;
• Good communication and sound analytical skills;
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS office applications and advanced skill in MS excel is preferred
