My client looking for an experience compliance manager in Finance

Responsibilities:

- Ensure that all activities adhere to the requirements of various legal & regulatory bodies & our internal compliance standards

- Supervise all internal compliance activities

- Analyze and assess impact of new laws, regulations and new products

- Identify and monitor regulatory, compliance and related risks and work our resolutions to contain the risks

Requirements:

- Degree holder in accounting, finance, legal or other related disciplines

- Minimum 1 years relevant experience in financial institutions

- Familiar with the Hong Kong Listing Rules, Companies Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations

- Mature, independent, Organized, attentive to details, able to manage multi-tasks

- Able to work under pressure towards tight deadlines

* Candidate has more experience will consider as a Compliance Manager or Head of Compliance
