Job Description
Job Details:
- Handle daily operations and customer enquiries: invoices, purchase orders, statements
- Provide accounting support and liaise with the auditor and follow up with audit and tax issues
- Coordinate with various vendors and suppliers
- Handle business documents, reports, proposals and confidential documents as required
- Handle ad hoc projects when required
Job requirements:
- High Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- 3 to 5 years or above relevant working experience with previous experience in F&B an advantage
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese.
- Proficiency knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint).
- Detailed mind, self-disciplined, responsible, can work independently and willing to learn.
- Knowledge of Xero and Unleashed software a big advantage
- Immediately available
Working hours & Job offer:
- Mon-Fri 2-6pm and 2 Saturday mornings per month
- 80-100hk$/hour
- Staff discount and free gifts on food products
- The job can turn to a full time position after 2 months for the right candidate.
