Our client is one of largest listed property developer in Asia. Due to continuous business growth, they are looking for a high caliber Tax Manager to join their tax team.  

Responsibilities:

• Manage various tax reporting and working paper for quarterly/year end tax provision process
• Prepare and assist in PRC corporate tax compliance matters
• Analyse and propose restructuring and  M&A transactions
• Support analysis and reporting for taxation audits and special projects
• Handle tax audits and queries raised by tax authority
• Responsible for ad-hoc tax projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant disciplines with professional qualifications (CPA, ACCA, CIA, CISA)
• Minimum 6 years of PRC corporate tax experience gained from Big 4 and or sizable companies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Mature and able to work independently

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize different requests 
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
