Duties:

• Monitor, review and control budgets, forecasts and monthly reports of PRC’s subsidiaries;
• Assist senior management to check and monitor payments of HK office and PRC’s subsidiaries;
• Manage full set accounts and preparing financial statements of HK small companies;
• Perform ad hoc assignments e.g. assisting in interim & annual audit, annual budget, etc;
• Provide accounting and administrative assistance to senior management for private financial affairs, computation of financial statements of HK private companies, etc.

Requirements:

• Qualified accountant with a bachelor degree in Accountancy or equivalent; 
• Minimum 8 years relevant experience gained in auditing and listed companies is advantageous;
• Experience in preparing accounts in compliance with HKGAAP and PRC GAAP;
• Independent, detail- oriented, good organizational skill;
• High proficiency in spoken & written English and Chinese (Putonghua).
