Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement transactions in an effective and efficient manner
• Prepare vouchers and regular reports
• Assist customer service team in daily client money reconciliation
• Handle general customer enquiries
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Relevant working experience is added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command in Cantonese and Mandarin
• Knowledge in customer service
• Sensitive to number and figures
• Willing to work overtime
• Immediate availability is a definite advantage
