Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operations, including AR, AP, general ledger, issue cheques, prepare vouchers, accounts reconciliation, filings, etc.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing process
• Assist in preparing accounting schedules and management reports
• Maintain proper accounting records to meet statutory requirement
• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Pass in subject of Mathematics/Accounting in HKCEE/DSE is an advantage
• Relevant working experience is added advantage
• Experience in Financial industry (Precious Metals Trading) is added advantage
• Strong sense of responsibilities, detail-minded, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, and Chinese typing)
• Knowledge in Peachtree system is a plus
• Willing to work overtimes
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
