Our clients, a global company, are leading and multinational corporations with renowned market reputation and branding in the areas of FMCG Products.  To drive the provision of high quality, challenging and pro-active business support for the Commercial HK Business, they are now seeking the right persons to apply for this position.

Responsibilities:

• Handle A/R & A/P;
• Focus on month end accounting preparation for all entities with the business including journal preparation, reconciliations and reporting;
• Prepare Monthly closing and booking of Marketing spend accrual and matching;
• Responsible for inventory management such as setup of standard costing system, review and reporting of stock level, aging and stock obsolescence;
• Monthly reconciliation and review of actual vs forecast;
• Ensure all intercompany confirmation and matching processes are properly accounted;
• To be key contact point for intercompany transactions with related intercompany entities;
• To provide support to any other ad hoc assignment;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance;
• Minimum 3 years of MNC experience;

• Preferably accredited or part qualified member of an internationally recognized professional accounting organization;

• Exposure in the field of financial accounting;
• Ability to identify and communicate important issues
• Good team player with strong interpersonal skills; Excellent customer service ethics
