Responsibilities:

• Manage and support day to day activities on operations 
• Assist implementation of targeted member communications, online and offline as and when it is required
• Compile reports and co-ordinate with different parties
• Ongoing relationship management with partners, clients and internal teams
• Support research and analysis of market trend/industry insight  
• Handle administrative tasks including record maintenance, report generation, and follow-up
• Handle ad-hoc projects as and when required by the company
• Work closely with other service and professional who demonstrate expertise, intelligence, integrity and creativity
• Work independently but enjoy consistent collaboration - leveraging emerging social/local/mobile approaches
• Create and develop innovative solutions to complex and difficult customer challenges
• Gain fulfillment from helping customers improve their bottom lines
• Learn new methods and use new tools that increase your personal competence

Requirements:

• University graduate; preferably in financing business;
• Min 2 years solid and proven account servicing experience in an accountant Role
• Experience managing a sales territory;
• Social prospecting experience;
• Effective product, segment and solution selling knowledge;
• Relevant experience in the areas of financing or other related fields are a plus;
• Strong presentation skills;
• Customer-oriented, result-driven and self-disciplined;
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Able to multi-task and work in fast pace environment
• Good command of MS skills including Excel and Powerpoint and Chinese typing
