Our client is a global insurance company with impressive footprints and envious market share globally. The firm has recently added a new headcount for a Project/Program Manager to deliver a multi-year change agenda within the Finance department. This Program Manager role will start as a 12 months contract, with a view to extend or convert into a permanent position.

As a Project/Program Manager, you will be responsible for the following:-

• Project manage and deliver a number of interrelated financial reporting change projects
• Perform business analysis and develop project plan/schedule
• Manage business stakeholders to obtain buy-in
• Monitor and report on project status and progress toward milestones
• Lead project workshops

To be considered for this role as a Project/Program Manager, Finance Reporting Projects, you possess the following:-

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, IT, or related fields
• At least 5 years of project management and at least 3 years of business analysis experience
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end financial reporting process
• Prior experience in engaging finance business stakeholders
• Financial services experience is required with insurance preferred but not a must
• CPA / CA / CMA / CGA / PMP / Prince 2 / Six Sigma certifications are preferred but not a must
• Excellent command of English and Cantonese is a must
