Responsibilities:

• Manage HR functions including payroll administration, taxation, compensation & benefits, staff recruitment etc.
• Assist in reviewing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Prepare reports and analysis for management review
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience preferably in sizable company
• Flexible and responsive to fast changing environment
• Attentive to detail, result-oriented, analytical and methodical
• Independent and able to meet tight schedules
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
• Immediate available is preferred
