Responsibilities:

• Supervise the team to handle daily inbound receiving and outbound customer deliveries for e-commerce business;
• Arrange and assign daily delivery routine to ensure customer deliveries duties are fulfilled in an accurate and timely manner;
• Monitor in and out record of stock and update the record in Company logistics system;
• Communicate with customers and vendors on order status updates and enquiries   

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above;
• 2 years’ experience in logistics, with experience in online shopping platform is definitely an advantage;
• Proficiency in computer applications and data processing;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Detail-minded and able to work independently
