Job Description
Responsibilities:
-
Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment & selection, payroll administration, compensation & benefits and staff relations
- Define the recruitment plan and strategy to select the talents at a timely manner
- Review, develop and implement performance management and compensation & benefits programs including annual salary review, salary bench-marking and benefit review.
- Monitor HR reports, annual budget and headcount planning
- Review and streamline HR procedures to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Handle various ad hoc HR projects
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- 5 years or above solid HR experience in a multi-national company preferable in retail industry
- Proactive, flexible, mature and positive attitude
- Strong sense of commitment and be able to work independently under pressure
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
** Candidate with less experience could be considered as Senior Officer
