The Human Resources Department is comprised of members who are people-minded, collaborative and proactive, and handles all HR matters across our Hong Kong Headquarters and Macau office. This role provides a golden opportunity for you to develop and drive strategies and programs that complement our strategic needs, during which you will partner with team leaders of various departments and/or external parties to translate our needs into strategies. Responsibilities:

• Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening to liaising with team leaders
• Network with internal/external parties and candidates to meet business needs
• Formulate integrated solutions in key areas including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, labour law compliance
• Work closely with in-house IT Team to develop tool(s)/platform(s) to streamline processes
• Coordinate HR and recruitment events
• Perform ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline; Majoring in HRM would be an advantage
• 2+ years of solid experience in recruitment, ideally within IT sector or relevant industry
• Good PC skills, robust problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Mature, independent, team player, strong sense of responsibility
• Hard-working, ambitious, self-motivated
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
