Responsibilities:

• Provide daily clerical support to the department such as data entry, filing, data verification and regular reports preparation
• Handle office administrative works and activities in daily operations
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by working team

Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 1 year working experience
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Detail-minded, self-motivated with good communication skills
• Immediate available would be an advantage
