Working Location: Kowloon Bay Corporation Square

Working Hours: Mon to Fri : 9am to 6pm, Alternative Saturday off : 9am to 1pm

Responsibilities:

• Purchasing and coordinating orders
• Liaise with suppliers for deals & terms
• Maintain and update the purchase database records
• Perform general and administrative duties
• Provide support to Operations Team
• Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• F.5 / DSE or above
• Minimum 1 year of working experience, preferably in F&B industry
• Familiar with MS Office and Chinese Word Processing.
• Resourceful, detail-minded, willing to learn, positive attitude
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese 
• Fresh grad from Hotel Management will also be consider
