Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle general customers' enquiries
  • Perform clerical duties related to property management
  • Provide support on ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

  • Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in customer service industry
  • Willing to serve people and work under pressure
  • Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
  • Be computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
