Responsibilities:

• Perform all-rounded administration duties such as facilities & security management, renovation projects, insurance, budget control, vendor management.
• Manage vendor relationship, budgets and contract negotiations.
• Assist in reviewing all the policies and activities of admin services.
• Maintain professional relationship with internal customers and overseas team.
• Assist with team workflow and suggest new procedures to improve efficiency of admin services.
• Prepare monthly report for management review and handle other ad-hoc projects.

Job Requirements:

• University Graduate.
• Minimum 6 years administration experience in multinational banking & financial institutions.
• Energetic, positive, well organized and flexible.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of spoken & written English.
