Responsibilities:
* Work closely with managers to understand operational needs
* Develop effective recruitment channels to attract potential talents
* Assist with hiring and onboarding process
* Compile and maintain staffing-related reports and filing

Requirements:
* Degree holder in related discipline
* 1-2 years of recruiting experience in technology field
* Relevant experience gained from sizable companies, preferably from MNC or fast-paced sectors
* Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance and related regulations
* A self-motivated, proactive and good team player.
* Engaging and enthusiastic with strong communication skills and able to work under pressure
* Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
