Job Description

We are a new established Business Service company with diversified business portfolio for global markets. Now we are inviting high caliber and competent candidates for the following position:

 

Job Responsibilities:

Provide ALL admin duties

Good telephone manner

Good in filing, very precise person

Good contact with customers

In charge of ALL administrative work related to Sales & Customs

Any other duties requested by your supervisor and the Company.

 

Job Requirements:

- Degree or above, preferably in Business Administration or related disciplines (final year students are also welcome to apply)

- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin

- Decent, polite, smart, friendly and willing to learn

- Prior experience in office administration preferred

- Good interpersonal and communication skills

- Good computer skills in MicrosoftWord, Excellent PowerPoint

- Immediate available is highly preferred.
