Job Responsibilities:

Perform full spectrum of HR duties:

• Handle frontline payroll, includes attendance and leave checking, commission and incentive calculation;
• Support frontline recruitment, includes posting recruitment advertisements, handling applicant’s enquiries, scheduling and conducting interviews and preparing onboard formalities;
• Maintain and update staff personal records;
• Support general department administration;
• Assist in organizing events and activities;
• Other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 1 year HR experience in retail industry or MNC;
• Well-versed in Hong Kong Labour Ordinance and other employment related ordinances;
• Energetic, detail-minded, well-organized and willing to learn;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Strong PC skill in MS office and Chinese Word Processing;
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Fresh university graduates will also be considered.
