Our client, a leading investment management firm is looking for a diligent Personal Assistant to join their expanding firm.

Responsibilities

• Perform overall secretarial duties including flight arrangements, meeting arrangements and hotel arrangements
• Help prepare presentation materials, business contracts and meeting agendas when required
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required and assist to manage personal and business emails
• Handle business correspondence and other confidential documents as instructed

Requirements

• Degree holder in any disciplines
• Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in secretarial support
• High integrity and able to maintain confidentiality
• Presentable with good interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (near native English fluency preferred)
