Key Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to Vice Presidents
• Assist to plan and coordinate Vice President’s schedule includes calendar management, organizing meetings and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support to the department include travel arrangements, stationery ordering, attendance records.
• Assist and coordinate with both internal and external parties on monthly business reports. 
• Update and consolidate reports for management use.
• Provide administrative support when NY team in town include meeting schedules, in-house lunches, travel arrangements. 
• Coordinate department activities and company activities
• Support special ad hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Degree Holder, with min. 8 years of secretarial experience with senior management, works independently with minimum instruction
• Strong initiative and strong sense of responsibility
• Fast learner and willing to perform additional work and special task contribution
• Good phone techniques and tactful with people
• Pleasant disposition, dedication, good organization skills and sense of confidentiality
• Team player & good discipline
• Proficient in MS office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio knowledge will be a plus
• Excellent command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
