Job Description

Job duties:

  • Prepare and ensure accuracy of all logical arrangements for programs by communicating closely with various parties.
  • Provide administrative support to team for all training activities
  • Prepare and complete internal reports and participates in various initiatives
  • Assist in training class and to conduct assigned training class as required
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative assignment and projects as required

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above
  • Over 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
  • Proactive, energetic dynamic and mature team player with positive attitude
  • Good self-regulation, creative and timely
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
  • Able to work regular business hours with scheduling flexibility
  • Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must
  • Immediate available is preferred
