Job Description
Job duties:
- Prepare and ensure accuracy of all logical arrangements for programs by communicating closely with various parties.
- Provide administrative support to team for all training activities
- Prepare and complete internal reports and participates in various initiatives
- Assist in training class and to conduct assigned training class as required
- Perform ad-hoc administrative assignment and projects as required
Requirements:
- Higher diploma or above
- Over 1 year relevant working experience is preferred
- Proactive, energetic dynamic and mature team player with positive attitude
- Good self-regulation, creative and timely
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, detailed-oriented, responsible and able to work independently
- Able to work regular business hours with scheduling flexibility
- Proficiency in computer applications including Excel, Word, PowerPoint is a must
- Immediate available is preferred
