Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the Group’s overseas recruitment strategies, with major focus on collaboration with leading universities worldwide.
  • Explore all available recruitment channels to locate high-caliber candidates in high-tech and manufacturing industry.
  • Build up an extensive network with specialist recruitment agencies on worldwide basis.
  • Work closely with user department on recruitment requirement.
  • Responsible for the full recruitment cycle.  Work together with user department, monitor the work progress of newly recruited after on-boarding.
  • Work closely with local counterparts in other regions to formulate an effective recruitment system. 
  • Update recruitment market trend and compensation package regularly.
  • Delivering effective support to the HR director to ensure operational excellence across all aspects of the HR function 
  • Administering employee contracts and agreement across the business • Advising colleagues on company policy, and assist with the development and implementation of new policies
  • Maintaining up-to-date, accessible and accurate HR record
  • Assist in other HR ad-hoc projects. 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree Holder in HRM or Science disciplines.
  • 5 years or above solid recruitment experience in high-tech and/or manufacturing environment.  Candidates with lesser experience will be considered for a lower ranking position. 
  • Excellent working knowledge of employment and related law is required.
  • Strong business acumen and able to communicate effectively with internal customers and external suppliers.  
  • Frequent travel to the Group’s HQ in Shenzhen and overseas is required.
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Experience in Electric components industry would be a plus
