Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Manager who is passionate about working with people.  The position will be responsible for defining and deploying key HR policies and processes, delivering HR service and executing the People and Organization strategy.  He/she acts as the ‘glue’ between the employee and the company. This role will have the opportunity to be expanded to cover more countries.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive a full spectrum of HR functions and activities including recruitment, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and employee relations
2. Formulate human resources programs, policies and procedures that are in compliance with all employment related ordinance
3. Steer and drive annual C&B projects such as manpower cost budget, annual review and performance management
4. Drive employment engagement by developing various programs
5. Champion positive employee and labor relations through strong partnerships

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in HR management or related disciplines
• +5 years of well-rounded HR experiences with hands on experience in recruitment and rewards
• Understanding of what drives employee engagement, business culture, diversity and inclusion
• Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinance, MPF schedule ordinance and relevant legislations; knowledge of China labor law and experience coving mainland China will be a plus
• Proactive and able to work under pressure with multi-tasking ability
• Strong in communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• High ethical standard, self-disciplined and respect of compliance
• Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing and demanding start-up
