Job Description:

We’re currently seeking a full-time administrative officer to provide secretarial support to the expatriate executive on both business and personal matters. The candidates should be well organized, thoughtful and have a good time management to contribute to the company’s operation. Through this job, candidates should also be responsible for general office administration and manage daily correspondences.

Responsibilities:

●Provide clerical, secretarial and administrative support to our company

●Schedule appointments and coordinate company meetings

●Support accounting functions

●Assist in government applications and paperwork

●Order and restock office supplies

Preferred Candidates:

●2-3 years relevant experience is preferred

●Basic knowledge of Microsoft software and accounting concept

●Good command of written and spoken English (IELTs 6.5 or above or equivalent)and Chinese

●Degree holder preferably in a business-related discipline

●Adaptable to a fast-changing working environment

●Ability to multi-task and have a good time management
