Job Description:

• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Monitor stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
• Ensure that all documents/samples are properly referenced and stored
• Set up new business contacts and items in SAP.
• Responsible for all incoming and outgoing post.
• Check courier invoices and pass to accounts for payment.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary

 
Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above with 2-3 years working experience
• Professional telephone manner and good communication skills
• Responsible, well-organized and independent
• Good command in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• SAP knowledge would be beneficial
• Immediate available is preferred
