Job Description
A well-known International Law Firm is currently looking to recruit an experienced and motivated legal secretary to join their corporate team in Hong Kong.
About the Role:
- General administrative and secretarial duties
- Process legal documents and papers, such as formatting, inputting, editing and copying
- Handle and draft legal correspondence
- File Management
- Assist with monthly billing
- Manage travel and meeting arrangements
- Ad hoc projects as and when required
Requirements:
- At least 5years working experience in legal industry
- Previous corporate experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (MUST)
- Candidates who are immediately available will be given priority
