RESPONSIBILITIES

• Arrange meetings and prepare meeting materials such as minutes and reports
• Work closely with IT department and end users to carry out project action plan and monitor progress
• Handle end users’ feedback and report to Project Manager when necessary
• Provide other administrative support such as update budget plan and maintain filing system 
• Liaise with Service Providers / Vendors
• Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned
• Occasional travel to China is required (Avg. once a month)

REQUIREMENTS

• Higher Diploma with 2-year working experience or equivalent is preferred (Fresh Graduates will also be considered)
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandarin
• Strong organisational skills and Good interpersonal and co-ordination skills
• Knowledge in Information Technology will be an advantage
