Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the full-set order management processes including but not limited to coordinate pre-sales and pro-sales activities;
• Ensure and verified orders being handled within proper timelines
• Administer and update the orders and pricing to the system
• Generating sales related order processing reports timely
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure the orders are processed accurately

Requirements:

• Tertiary education and above in Business Studies or relative disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience in order processing, sales administration related background
• Good interpersonal & communication skills, excellent in handling and follow up on details, take initiative and work hard to meet timeline, self-motivated, independent & responsible
• Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese 
• Immediate available is preferred
