Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide channel support to the team (both bank side and company side )
- Handling refund request (if client withdraws the case)
- Proceed returned policy
- Client serving : medical check booking for high net worth clients ; getting medical reports from clinics
- preform High net worth policy delivery
- Handle customer information verification; make sure fulfilling internal control requirement
- Retrieval and mailing of customer copy
- In change of Record keeping ( conduct several reports)
Requirements:
- University graduate with 1-2 years working experience in insurance industry
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Excellent PC skills (e.g. MS EXcel, MS Powerpoint)
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
- Immediate available is highly appreciated
