Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and executive support to top Management as well as the team;
• Organize and coordinate meetings and travel arrangement for the team;
• Prepare business correspondences, minutes, reports, presentations;
• Preparing expense claim, files and documents management;
• Prepare sales related documents such as quotation and PI;
• Provide general clerical support and update the customers’ database;
• Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by company.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of Personal Assistant or relevant experience;
• Degree / High Diploma holder;
• Able to meet tight deadline and work under pressure;
• Well organized, self-motivated and able to handle multiple tasks independently; 
• Good presentation, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese);
• Proficiency in MS Office application including PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word.
