Job Description

Duties & responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of meeting minutes, project status and financial reports and proposals etc.
  • General administrative support to Project/Client Managers, Quantity Surveyor, Purchasing etc.
  • Assist Project Team in organizing meetings with clients and contractors
  • Perform ad hoc projects and tasks as instructed by Senior Project Managers/Client Managers

Qualifications/Experience

  • Further education and/or professional qualifications
  • 2+ years’ experience in busy international/multicultural office environment
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately and successfully from start to finish
  • Numeracy and literacy skills befitting of an international office
  • Preferred Knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft, Excel, Word & Power Point.

Have excellent communication skills including fluent (spoken) English & Cantonese. Be flexible with the ability to focus on a single task while simultaneously following up on various other duties and responsibilities. Have a genuine desire to exceed expectations by providing first class support to your various business units. Finally, adopts a “hands on” approach matched with an attitude that no task is too big or small!
