Job Description
We are looking for graduates to expand our team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities
- Handle full cycles of recruitment for all functions from sourcing, screening resume, interviewing candidates to salary offer negotiation
- Update system database of candidates and companies
- Understand the market needs and assist in business development if necessary
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Provide career advisory services to candidates
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any university, preferably local
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Recent graduates with intern experiences have an advantage
- Strong in networking and relationship management
- Self-motivated, persistent and resourceful
- Team spirit and creative to contribute to a dynamic and professional culture
