Job description:

  • Liaison between sales and marketing team
  • Responsible for daily sales administration and logistics operations
  • Handle customer inquiry, issue quotations & tender document
  • Work closely with technical team and liaise with customers on aftersales services

 

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above
  • No minimum working experiences in sales administration or logistics operations
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Positive and Can-do attitude
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Knowledge in MS Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Immediate available is appreciated

 

Working Hours:

  • Flexibility for an office hour Mon - Fri 9:00 – 18:00 and Sat 9:00 – 13:00
  • Public Holiday Off
  • Maybe consider to be a permanent staff
