Job Duties

• Handle full spectrum of human resources management function including policy and procedure preparation and revision, payroll, training co-ordination and HR report and analysis etc.
• Familiar with other country HR practices is preferably but not a must
• Provide HR administrative and clerical support, documents and report preparation
• Assist in organizing staff activities and CSR to enhance staff morale;
• Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
• Co-ordinate with PRC and overseas offices and sites
  
  

Job Requirements

• Degree  in Human Resources Management, Training or related disciplines;
• 3 years or above in related working experience;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc.
• Those with lesser experiences will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
