Job Responsibilities:

• To provide general support to training courses conduct at evening, includes handling student attendance, disseminating lecture notes, maintaining classroom facilities in work order (e.g. computer, projector, lighting and air conditioner etc.) and taking class photos etc.
• To assist tutors in photocopying, disseminating examination papers and collecting questionnaires etc.
• To perform other duties like data entry
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Punctual, Reliable, detail oriented, and with friendly character
• Skillful in Microsoft Words, Excel, and Chinese Word Processing
• Working hours from 6:30pm -10:00pm on Monday to Friday (1-3 working days per week base on class requirement)
• Live in Whampoa or Hunghom will be highly preferred
