Responsibilities:

• Sourcing high caliber candidates proactively for job openings
• Managing the job posting, drafting job advertisement, selection of CV and interviews
• Exploring and developing more effective ways of recruitment channels for enhancing and improving the recruitment performance
• Liaising with University societies / organizations for recruitment events
• Following up with newly joined employees for orientation and training status
• Writing up and maintaining content of company social media
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree level while current university students are highly preferred (IANG is also preferred)
• With Mainland China background is preferred
• Outgoing with good interpersonal & communication skills with internal and external parties
• Patient, self-motivated and able to perform multi-tasking
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficiency in Cantonese is must
