Job Description

Our client is one of the leading conglomerate with diversified business portfolio across APAC engaged in property investment, motor vehicle sales and repair, consumer goods etc. An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a mature and professional secretary to take on a challenging role in the Chairman's Office based in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

  • Providing wide varieties of top-notch secretarial and administrative support, together with a professional team, to the senior management 
  • Handle English and Chinese business correspondence proficiently and professionally
  • Organize and prioritize large volumes of information timely - manage the communication and documentation flows, diary management, preparing meeting materials...etc
  • Formatting and preparing commercial documents
  • Complete work assignments and administer ad-hoc projects


Requirements

  • Degree holder with at least 7 years of relevant experience in sizable organizations
  • Meticulous, self-motivated, being an articulate communicator and good team player
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Proficient in English and Chinese typing.
