Job Description


  • Provide clerical support to the team to deliver professional and quality services to clients on general insurance
  • Handle policy documentations, policy issuance, endorsement issuance and filing
  • Perform ad hoc projects and assignment as request


  • Post-secondary education, with ANZIIF or other profession qualification an advantage
  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience in insurance industry
  • Diligent and initiative with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
